Apartment-Anbieter Stay Kooook will in DACH-Region wachsen
Beat Kuhn (Foto), Chef des Schweizer Serviced-Apartments-Anbieter Stay Kooook, sieht in der DACH-Region Chancen für rund drei Dutzend Standorte in A- und B-Destinationen. Auch eine Expansion über diesen Raum hinaus kann er sich vorstellen, verrät er im Gespräch mit der AHGZ. Aktuell gibt es zwei Standorte der Marke in Bern.

Stay-Kooook-Chef Beat Kuhn will mit der Marke im DACH-Raum expandieren
Im März eröffnet Stay Kooook Apartments in Genf, im Mai in Leipzig und danach folgend in Hamburg, München und Mannheim. Auch Wien ist im Visier des Unternehmens. Man will per anno vier bis sechs Hotels eröffnen, sagt Kuhn in der AHGZ.
Stay Kooook gehört zur SV Group, die ihren Sitz nahe Zürich hat und als Franchisenehmer, vor allem von Marriott, 20 Hotels betreibt. Acht weitere Häuser sind derzeit im Bau. SV beschäftigt in der DACH-Region rund 6.900 Mitarbeiter.
